Hybrid work planner with compliance forecasts you can act on.

OfficeComply is a personal hybrid-work planner for iPhone and iPad. Set the policy you are trying to follow, plan office and WFH days, and see the projected outcome before the week gets away from you.

It is a planning and record-keeping aid, not an employer system. Your workplace policy and official records remain authoritative.

What it helps you do

See the projected outcome

Plan upcoming workdays and see whether the projected result is On Track, At Risk, or Non-Compliant.

Understand your buffer

The Plan view shows how many planned office days are above the target, or how many more are needed to recover.

Handle real-life exceptions

Mark WFH, Leave, Holiday, or optional Workation/Travel days instead of forcing every weekday into an office/remote binary.

What the shipped app actually does

OfficeComply is deliberately personal: it turns your local entries into a clearer RTO plan and a more useful review.

Policies that match the rule

Choose weekly days, monthly days, monthly percentage, calendar-quarter percentage, or rolling-quarter percentage.

Suggestions stay local

With permission, calendar-derived office or remote suggestions look for terms such as office, onsite, WFH, and remote on the device.

Built for recovery

When a plan falls short, the app explains the remaining office days instead of pretending a personal tracker can guarantee workplace compliance.

A practical way to use it

OfficeComply is intentionally narrow: it focuses on the personal planning and record-keeping jobs that are easy to forget during a hybrid week.

Start with the policy

Set the days or percentage you want to monitor and choose whether Holiday entries should be excluded from working-day calculations.

Plan the next workdays

The Plan tab shows a forward-looking list, lets you edit each day with Pro access, and can apply calendar-derived suggestions after Calendar permission is granted.

Review before the deadline

Use the projected outcome, buffer days, and recovery guidance to decide whether your personal plan still fits the target.

A simple weekly rhythm

OfficeComply is designed to stay useful without becoming another system to maintain.

  1. Set the target

Choose a policy type and value that reflect the rule you are personally tracking.

  2. Plan the days

Mark office, WFH, Leave, Holiday, or Workation/Travel as the upcoming schedule changes.

  3. Recover early

If the forecast is At Risk, adjust the plan while there are still working days left.

Clear feature gating

Try everything for 14 days, then choose Pro.

The full-access trial requires no payment method and does not auto-charge. After the trial, your records and plans remain available in read-only mode. A one-time Pro purchase restores creating and changing data, editable planning and recovery, smart reminders, calendar suggestions, Insights, and CSV/PDF reports. There is no subscription.

Siri/App Shortcuts can open Today or log a status, but writing a new or changed attendance entry still follows the app’s access rules.

Common questions

Reviewed by the OfficeComply team · 12 August 2026

Does OfficeComply guarantee that I am compliant at work?
No. It calculates a personal forecast from the policy and entries you provide. Your employer’s policy and official systems remain authoritative.
What does Buffer mean in the Plan view?
Buffer is the number of projected office days above the required target. If there is no buffer, the app says the plan meets the target with no buffer.
Can I use Holiday and Workation/Travel statuses?
Yes. Holiday is available as a status and can be excluded from working-day calculations when the policy setting is enabled. Workation (shown as Travel in short labels) is an optional status enabled in Settings.
