Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the OfficeComply app and its in-app purchases. OfficeComply is developed by Ayush Kumar Agarwal ("we", "us"). The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), and these terms add to it. If they conflict, the Apple EULA applies. By downloading or using OfficeComply, you agree to both.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use OfficeComply on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Free and Pro

OfficeComply is free to download and use with a limited feature set, including logging today's attendance and viewing your progress and history. Features marked Pro, such as automatic logging, planning, editing past days, smart reminders, calendar suggestions, insights, and reports, require an active subscription or the lifetime purchase.

If you started the earlier 14-day free trial in a previous version, it continues until it ends and is not renewed or charged.

Subscriptions

OfficeComply Pro is available as weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Lifetime purchase

The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks OfficeComply Pro for the Apple Account used to buy it, with no recurring charge. Customers who bought OfficeComply Pro before subscriptions were introduced keep that access. There is no separate OfficeComply account; use Restore Purchases in the app to restore Pro on another device signed in with the same Apple Account.

Prices and refunds

Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store purchase sheet in your local currency, and may vary by region or change over time. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Automatic logging

If you turn on automatic logging, OfficeComply uses your device's location to record an office day when you arrive at the office location you choose. Location data stays on your device and is never sent to us or your employer. Arrival detection depends on iOS, GPS accuracy, and your settings, so it can miss or mis-record a day. You can turn it off at any time, and you should check your records before relying on them.

Acceptable use

OfficeComply is for keeping your own attendance record. Do not use it to track another person without their knowledge and consent, or in any way that breaks the law.

Not legal or HR advice

OfficeComply is a personal planning tool. It does not provide legal, employment, or HR advice, and it is not an official record of your attendance. Your employer's own records and policies take precedence.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for data loss, missed attendance requirements, or decisions made using the app. Your data is stored on your device, so keep it backed up. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law where you live.

Ending these terms

You can stop using OfficeComply at any time by deleting it. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. Subscriptions are cancelled through the App Store as described above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

How OfficeComply handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the "Last Updated" date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@ayushdev.com.
