OfficeComply is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your attendance data is yours alone, and we've built the app to reflect that commitment.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage (SwiftData). Your attendance records, policy settings, and compliance calculations never leave your iPhone or iPad.

No Cloud Sync

OfficeComply does not use cloud sync, third-party analytics, or any remote servers to store or process your data. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no data transmission to external services.

App Store transactions

If you complete an in-app transaction, it is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs those transactions.

Access-status dates and integrity markers may be stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device. This information is used only to determine feature access and is not sent to us.

Permissions

OfficeComply may request permission to send local notifications to remind you to log attendance. These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve any external servers.

Changes to This Policy

If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
