Your Privacy Matters

OfficeComply is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your attendance data is yours alone, and we've built the app to reflect that commitment.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. Your attendance records, planned days, policy settings, and compliance calculations are kept on your iPhone or iPad and are not uploaded to an OfficeComply server.

No Cloud Sync

OfficeComply does not use cloud sync, third-party analytics, or remote servers to store or process your attendance data. There are no OfficeComply user accounts or sign-ups, and the app does not send your work-location record to an employer.

App Store transactions

If you complete an in-app transaction, it is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs those transactions.

Access-status dates and integrity markers may be stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device. This information is used only to determine feature access and is not sent to us.

Permissions

OfficeComply may request permission to send local notifications to remind you to log attendance. These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve any external servers.

If you enable calendar suggestions, OfficeComply may request full Calendar access. It reads local event titles and locations to suggest Office or WFH for planned days using terms such as office, onsite, WFH, and remote. Calendar data and suggestions stay on your device, and Calendar access is optional for the core attendance record.

Local exports

With Pro access, Insights can generate CSV and PDF reports from attendance data already stored on the device. The reports are created locally and passed to the iOS share sheet; OfficeComply does not upload them.

Changes to This Policy

If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
